Two kinds of work go on here. Some applications are published under our own name. The rest is built, maintained or advertised for business clients. Which category something falls into decides who answers for it, so it is stated rather than left to inference.
Where Aarna Info owns a product, Aarna Info is its provider and carries responsibility for how it runs, how it is supported and what it claims.
Where the product belongs to a client, that client remains its owner and end provider unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.
Putting development and advertising in one place is deliberate. A product that nobody finds and traffic sent to something that does not work are the same failure described from two ends, and splitting them across two suppliers mostly produces an argument.
The service list stays short because a firm that takes on everything is usually adequate at most of it. Work that falls outside it gets declined rather than attempted at a client’s expense.
What that means day to day: tools picked for the problem, code the next developer can read, and a straight account of where things stand at every stage.

How the work runs
Identical whether it is one mobile application or a system three departments depend on.
Most of the difficulty in a software project is not the code. It is agreeing what the software has to do, deciding what can wait, and keeping everyone informed while the work is under way. We spend real time on those three things before and during development, because a clear brief costs far less than a rebuild.
A written scope
What is being built, and what is not, exists on paper before anything starts. You approve it, and it stays the reference both sides return to.
Deliberate technology choices
Frameworks, hosting and outside services picked for this job and for whoever inherits it. Nothing joins a project because it is new.
Regular, plain updates
Finished, in progress, stuck — in ordinary words. Anything affecting scope is raised the day it arises, not at handover.
Documentation and handover
You end up holding the source, the setup notes and the accounts. Another developer could continue without us, and that stays true even while we handle maintenance.

We will not quote before we understand the requirement
A figure invented on the first call is a guess with a decimal point. Questions come first, and where part of the requirement is open we name which part of the number depends on it.
We will not commit to a date we have not planned for
Dates come from plans with real tasks in them. If one slips you hear while there is still a decision to make, which is the only time the news helps.
We will not hand over code nobody else can maintain
Code only its author can read is a liability dressed as an asset. Conventional structure and written notes beat a shortcut that saves a week and costs a month.
