Privacy Policy

This page covers what Aarna Info receives through aarnainfo.com, what is done with it, who else touches it, how long it is kept, and what you can require of us. It applies to the website. Material emailed to us directly, or exchanged during a project, follows the same principles under the terms of the engagement.

Accountable party

Aarna Info is a software and advertising business based in Surat, Gujarat, GSTIN 24DSEPG4201E1ZG. The registered address appears at the foot of every page. Anything about privacy should go to contact@aarnainfo.com. That reaches the person responsible; it is not handled by an outside agent.

What we receive

Through the enquiry form

The form is the only part of this site that asks you for anything. Submitting it sends:

• Your name.
• A company or business name, if entered.
• Your email address.
• A phone number, if entered.
• The service selected from the list.
• The text written in the message field.
• Confirmation that we may use these details to reply.

Name, email, service and message are what make the form usable. Company name and phone number are optional and change nothing about how an enquiry is handled. Do not put passwords, card or bank details, identity document numbers or anything comparably sensitive in the message field. Where a project needs material of that kind, a secure route is agreed first.

From the servers

The servers delivering this site keep brief technical records of each request: the originating IP address, the browser and operating system reported by your device, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. None of it is used to build a profile and no attempt is made to identify you. It exists so pages are served correctly, faults can be traced, and scraping or denial-of-service attempts can be detected and blocked.

The enquiry endpoint rate-limits submissions, which requires holding the requesting IP address in memory for a short period. It is not written to a database, not associated with your enquiry, and does not survive a restart of the handling server instance.

What it is used for

Form submissions are used to:

• Determine what is being asked for.
• Reply, and raise whatever follow-up questions an answer requires.
• Prepare an estimate, proposal or scope document where appropriate.
• Correspond about a project that goes ahead.
• Retain a record of the exchange for business and accounting purposes.

Not for marketing. There is no mailing list and no newsletter, and nothing is passed to anyone not directly involved in answering you.

Lawful basis

The form carries a confirmation that we may use your details to reply. That consent is the basis for contacting you. Should we work together, the information is also processed because the contract requires it and because an Indian business has record-keeping obligations. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to contact@aarnainfo.com, after which your details stop being used for anything beyond a record we must retain.

Where an enquiry goes

There is no database behind this website. On submission the server validates the fields, discards anything unrecognised, and forwards the enquiry to a business mailbox as an email. Nothing is written to disk here, held in a content management system, queued, or exposed through an administrative interface, because none of those exist on this site.

From the moment that email arrives, the information lives in a business email account and is governed by that mailbox’s security and retention rather than by any website storage.

Other parties involved

Few, by design. These process information as a consequence of how the site is built. Listing them describes the architecture; it is not a partnership, an endorsement or a certification, and each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Resend delivers enquiry emails from this site to our mailbox, so their contents pass through it in transit.
• Vercel hosts and serves the site and produces the request logs described above.
• Cloudflare, where the site is served through it, routes traffic and filters automated abuse, processing request data to do so.
• Our business email provider, which stores and processes whatever is sent to us.

Several operate infrastructure outside India, so processing may occur on servers in other countries. We rely on the contractual and security commitments those providers publish, and none is authorised to use your information for its own purposes.

Cookies and measurement

No advertising technology and no cross-site tracking runs on this website. A hosting or security provider in front of it may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the service available. The Cookie Policy covers that fully.

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no measurement script on this deployment. No Google Analytics, no heat-mapping, no session recording, no marketing pixel. This page and the Cookie Policy will be updated if that changes.

Safeguards

• HTTPS throughout, so form contents are encrypted in transit.
• Transport security and related response headers applied at framework level, limiting content injection and clickjacking.
• Server-side validation in addition to browser validation, with unrecognised fields discarded.
• A hidden honeypot field and a rate limit to suppress automated submissions.
• No website database to breach, because enquiries are never stored here.
• Mailbox access limited to the people who need it to answer you.

No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure and we will not claim one. What can be said is that the number of places your information sits has been kept to a minimum.

Retention

Enquiry emails remain in the business mailbox while they serve the purpose they were sent for, and for as long as tax, accounting and contractual record-keeping in India require. Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted once clearly irrelevant. Deletion can be requested at any time and will be carried out unless a specific legal obligation requires a record. Server and security logs are short-lived and kept by our hosting and security providers on their own schedules.

Never

• Selling, renting or trading personal information. Not previously, not now.
• Passing details to advertisers, data brokers or lead-generation services.
• Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences.
• Knowingly collecting anything from children. This site addresses businesses and has no feature aimed at a child; write in if you believe a child has sent us something and it will be deleted.

Your rights

You can require us to:

• State whether we hold personal information about you, and provide a copy.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete what we no longer need.
• Cease using your information for a stated purpose.
• Treat earlier consent as withdrawn.

Write to contact@aarnainfo.com, preferably from the address you first used, or describe the enquiry precisely enough to locate it. Expect a question or two establishing that the request is yours. Reasonable requests are free. If the handling does not satisfy you, say so and it will be reconsidered.

External sites

Where this site links elsewhere, that site’s privacy policy governs what happens there. We have no control over how another organisation treats your information, and a link is not an endorsement of its practices.

This page is revised when the website changes or the law requires it. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes appear here before or as they take effect, so it is worth rereading before your next enquiry.
